Order Cancellation for Custom Life-Size Dolls
We understand that purchasing a custom life-size doll is a significant decision.
- Cancellation Window: You may initiate an order cancellation request within 4 business days of placing your order. This period allows for initial production planning and material allocation.
- Production Fee: A base production fee of $200 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover initial manufacturing costs incurred during this period.
- Refund Process: The remaining funds will be promptly refunded to your original cryptocurrency payment wallet (USDT TRC20 or Bitcoin).
- Beyond 4 Days: After the 4-business-day window, production will be in full swing, and cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
Quality Assurance & Product Verification
Before any life-size doll is shipped, we conduct a meticulous quality check and offer you comprehensive verification:
- Within 3-4 business days of your purchase, we provide detailed photos and videos of your specific doll.
- We are happy to accommodate custom verification requests (e.g., writing specific text, video calls) to ensure your complete satisfaction.
This rigorous process is designed to eliminate any discrepancies before shipment.
Damaged or Defective Products (Manufacturing Defects)
While every WildTempt doll undergoes stringent quality control, in the rare event of a manufacturing defect:
- Reporting Period: Please contact our support team within 7 calendar days of receiving your product.
- Required Evidence: You must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence of the manufacturing defect.
- Assessment: Our team will meticulously assess the issue on a case-by-case basis. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a partial refund, at WildTempt’s discretion.
- Exclusions: This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Due to the intimate and highly personal nature of our products, and for hygiene reasons, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than confirmed manufacturing defects. This includes, but is not limited to, changes of mind, dissatisfaction with non-customizable features (e.g., genital shape tied to body specifications), or perceived differences in texture/appearance not attributable to a defect.
Refund Process (Cryptocurrency)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original cryptocurrency payment wallet (USDT TRC20 or Bitcoin) within 7-10 business days after the resolution is finalized. Please note that cryptocurrency transaction times may vary.
